For many people, becoming a massage therapist and running their own business is enormously appealing.  Typically those who enjoy giving massage have a caring, nurturing personality and having a massage therapist business not only allows them to express their nurturing character within their work, it also offers the freedom, the satisfaction and benefits that can come from working for yourself and running your own business.

Here’s the problem; while finding a massage school or massage training via correspondence or distance learning is very easily found, courses generally only give minimal obligatory business training IF ANY.  In other words, they are great at churning out skilled massage therapists, but lousy at sending them off well equipped to create and run a sustainable business.  Hence most will not last long or will continually struggle.

Business courses are many and varied but those specifically tailored to the field of massage are few and far between.  Amy’s “Massage Therapy Success” is a package catering specifically for the industry she both loves and has extensive experience in.

My first comment is that her course is extremely thorough.  The complete package is made up of 4 manuals, which can be purchased separately but of course you get the best value by getting them as a package.  And, quite frankly, for anyone serious about getting their own massage business off the ground, or getting their existing business growing to the next level, this is ALL essential knowledge.
